We are seeking to recruit a full-time Marketing Officer to join our growing team at The International School of Paphos.

Requirements
- Design, implement, and monitor the school’s annual Marketing Plan in alignment with the overarching Globeducate Cyprus strategy
- Support the development of campaigns that promote the school’s values, achievements, educational offering, and student recruitment efforts
- Develop high-quality, engaging marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, articles, newsletters, press releases, and digital/print collateral
- Create and maintain up-to-date and compelling website content, guides, prospectuses, and school publications
- Generate creative, data-informed ideas to enhance brand awareness and support student recruitment
- Research trends, analyse competitor activity, and implement innovative marketing tools and tactics
- Organise and coordinate internal and external events, such as Open Days, campus tours, fairs, exhibitions, and corporate visits
- Liaise with advertising agencies and other suppliers
- Work with the Admissions team to manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM system
- Assist in tracking campaign performance, preparing forecasting reports, and supporting budget planning
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Communications or Media or a similar field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant marketing experience; experience in the education sector is considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek. Any other language is an advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media management, email marketing software)
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
- A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
